About This Workshop

Erotic Temple is for people already familiar with Body Electric intensives who wish to deepen their erotic/spiritual exploration. The workshop blends the life-affirming communal bonding of Dear Love of Comrades with the reflective personal focus of Healing the Wounded Healer. A series of interconnected rituals builds throughout the week, offering a unique and transporting passage into deeper realms of Eros and Spirit, however that is personally defined and lived.

Erotic Temple starts from a pair of simple yet profoundly rich questions: 1. What, to each of us, is sacred? 2. How can we bring this more fully into our lives? Erotic Temple delivers on its promise, with a unique and sophisticated blend of rituals, celebrations, and challenges. It takes the integrity, safety, and edginess of BE intensives to new levels.

Preparation

Self-care — physical, emotional, spiritual — in the weeks before the workshop; filling out an autobiographical introductory statement; completing assigned readings; participation approval by the facilitators (especially in the absence of meeting the course prerequisites).
