Description

🌶️ = Low Spiciness (breath work and movement)

What is it like to examine somatic work in academic research? This discussion will give you an opportunity to ask questions and gain insight on what it’s like to write and defend our work in an academic environment. This event is for everyone. The study focuses on gay male sacred intimates.

Join us for a brief overview of research recently completed on Body Electric’s approach to sacred intimacy in a formal defense for a PhD in human sexuality. Bring your thoughts, ideas, and questions on what the experience is like in a structured academic environment. How long did it take? How did you choose your approach? What unique questions and conversations did you encounter? How were you challenged? How would you have approached it differently?

This is a free program, but you will have the opportunity to add a donation at registration if you wish.

Background on the study is available on the project’s website at https://www.sacredintimacyproject.com.
