Mara Roy (she/they) is a relationship and intimacy coach, educator and facilitator who has practiced and taught integrative body and breath work, movement, meditation, tantra, yoga and conscious touch for over 20 years. As a champion for overcoming shame and deepening fulfillment, she helps her clients and students explore and express themselves in a safe and supportive environment. Her work is trauma informed and focused on creating self-awareness, self-love, mindfulness and increased pleasure.

Mara was trained at The Body Electric School, The Somatica Institute, and holds a CPCC certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Mara continues education in the areas of attachment theory, trauma, compassionate inquiry (as taught by Gabor Mate) and Somatic Experiencing.

When not teaching or coaching Mara can be found in the wild places of this beautiful planet cultivating wild Eros in deep communion with Nature.
