Take your facilitation skills far beyond the basics with our Advanced Facilitation course — a hands-on, in-person training designed for graduates of our Foundations of Facilitation program or experienced facilitators ready to sharpen their craft.

This isn’t just another workshop. It’s a transformative immersion where you’ll refine your ability to hold space with confidence, clarity, and presence — no matter the group or setting.

Your journey starts with three virtual pre-sessions to lay the groundwork, followed by a 5-day, 4-night retreat in stunning Mill Bay, Canada.

During our time together, you will:

• Master the subtle art of in-person group dynamics that create lasting transformation.
• Use somatic and embodiment techniques to guide group energy and deepen connection.
• Craft clear, trust-building agreements that inspire authentic collaboration.
• Design and deliver impactful workshops from concept to completion.
• Gain real teaching practice with personal feedback in both solo and paired formats.
• Spot and skillfully address group ruptures and trauma responses when they arise.
• Recognize your own triggers and prevent “leaks” in the space you hold.
• Learn practical strategies for promoting and marketing your facilitation offerings.

You’ll leave with advanced skills, a renewed sense of presence, and a vibrant community of peers to support your ongoing journey.
