Inspired by Body Electric’s week-long immersion Touching the Heart of Stillness, this four-day retreat offers a concentrated experience of mindful stillness paired with conscious, respectful erotic exploration.

Imagine slowing down, resting in quiet presence, and learning to listen deeply to the intelligence of your body. Imagine guided meditation, gentle movement, and periods of silent practice that cultivate clarity, awareness, and heart-centered attention. Here, mindfulness is not just a mental exercise—it flows through every sensation, emotion, and pulse of energy in the body.

Experience consent-based Body Electric rituals that provide space to explore erotic energy with awareness, curiosity, and care. These practices allow you to experience erotic presence not simply as pleasure, but as vitality, aliveness, and sacred connection.

Set in a serene retreat environment free from the distractions of modern life and technology, this gathering invites men of all levels of meditation experience to slow down, open the heart, and engage fully with body, mind, and spirit.
