About the Workshop
Body Electric 101 is a 4-session online experience that welcomes you to explore core principles in Body Electric: Pleasure, Breath, Touch, and Erotic Community. Over the course of the workshop, you will learn about and practice breath-work techniques, learn tools about how to offer pleasure to yourself and others, reflect on who you are as an erotic being, and connect with other like-minded students.
Who are you as an erotic being? This experience gives you space to explore this central question to your humanity. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore conscious, intentional erotic education in the safer, braver kind of workshop space that Body Electric offers.
There is no prerequisite for this workshop…come with your adventurous spirit!
