What's Possible

A greater sense of connection, confidence, clarity, and ease with your relationship with yourself and your body.

New skills, tools, and pathways to greater satisfaction in your relationships, erotic and otherwise.

The release of things that hold you back from your full potential, including shame, guilt, fear, and insecurity.

The capacity for increased levels of pleasure, including learning to experience full-body orgasm.

What to Expect

A mix of connective and collaborative exercises and “ice-breakers,” movement, breathwork, intention, music, rituals, self-expression, and play.

Giving and receiving touch in a setting where personal choice, consent, and interpersonal respect are paramount.

Use of breathwork and the cultivation and channeling of erotic energy to create healing and aliveness.

About the Workshop

Your journey to the work of the Body Electric School may start with curiosity, invitation, and/or the recognition that “something is missing.” Celebrating the Body Erotic is where the exploration and filling of that gap begins.

The workshop is conducted in a playful, safe, consensual, and respectful setting and is clothing-optional.

In this workshop, you will:

Come to understand that it’s fully your journey, and it is about your consent and choices: “Your body. Your pleasure. Your choice.”
Expand your capacity to experience greater pleasure, aliveness, and satisfaction throughout your everyday life as you are guided through the integration of body, heart, mind, and spirit.
Be led through guided exercises focusing on breathwork, self-pleasure, heart-centered touch, and full-body massage.
Learn to give and receive more profound pleasure, grow to love and accept your whole self, and open new channels of personal healing through the fostering of your erotic energy.

Completing Celebrating the Body Erotic is a prerequisite for attending many other workshops, courses, and experiences offered by the Body Electric School.

Facilitators

Shai is a femme flavoured, Non Binary and Transgender facilitator of movement and breathwork.

Elisa Lee (She, They) is all about re-membering (or consciously belonging to)... our bodies, our emotions and our kinship with Nature.

How do I register?

If you already have an account, first log in by clicking on the “Account” button on the top right of the website. Once you are logged in you will need to navigate back to this page.
Click on the teal colored “REGISTER” button.

Enter all required fields and click Next.
Click the Pay Online button to complete your account setup and register for your workshop.
