About the Workshop

Let curiosity and innocence be your guides as we explore the tremendous pleasure treasure of our butts. Embracing this area of our bodies which, so often a place of trauma and shame, offers us a chance to reframe, reclaim, empower, and heal. This play shop gives us an opportunity to slowly and sensitively love this tender, beautiful, untapped part of ourselves. As with all Body Electric events, we lead with consent, gentility, sensitivity, and respect.

To get the most out of this experience please spend some quiet time with yourself exploring your intensions, fears, and hopes. Spend as much time outside as you can. Let go of any unnecessary distractions. Untap from social media as much as possible. Eat well, stretch, sleep, and be kind to yourself.
