The Three Rooms of Embodied Pleasure is now an experiential online course that guides participants to create their own map for understanding intimacy, sensuality, sexuality and the many ways we navigate pleasure.

We each have our own relationship with these three rooms. Some doors open easily. Others may feel unfamiliar, complicated or difficult to enter. Our histories, relationships, bodies, desires, and life experiences all shape how we move through them.

Through guided embodied practices, reflection, conversation and somatic exploration, you’ll begin to recognize your own patterns: Where do you naturally go for pleasure and connection? Where are you most open? Where do you hold back? What happens when your way of entering a room is different from someone else’s?

The Three Rooms gives individuals and couples a practical, visual tool for understanding their pleasure—while opening new possibilities for how we relate to ourselves and one another.
