Designing Pleasure is a groundbreaking workshop that helps us see, define and communicate our pleasure in a life-changing way. It does this by transforming a very personal part of us that is amorphous and abstract into something visual, easily understandable and shareable with others.

In this workshop, we tell our life stories in the Three Rooms of Pleasure, from birth through our erotic awakening and life experiences. We visualize our openness to pleasure, our resilience around our past injuries and our hopes for the future. We use the Three Rooms to understand our relationships and in the process, we gather a wealth of new tools to help us create new pathways to the embodied pleasures we have always desired.

Intimacy, Sensuality and Sexuality are the three rooms, each with their own separate entrances with interconnected passageways. We will move from one pleasure to another and build a real bridge that connects them.

• In the intimacy room, we arrive fully into an embodied state of present moment awareness and the blissful communion we all desire.
• In the sexuality room, following our arousal, our Life Force Energy rises. Engaging our genitals, we build its fire with rhythm and desire. Reaching to a the higher frequencies of ecstasy, orgasm and ultimately, freedom.
• The sensuality room bridges the rooms with somatic, sensual meditations and Tantric experimentation. We dive again and again into sensual pleasures with guided explorations of breath, sound, touch, movement and stillness.

At the end of this workshop, this conceptual blueprint is forever established in our awareness. Participants come away with a new understanding of themselves and their pleasure that is nothing short of life-changing.
