This workshop is for everyone. All genders and all expressions are welcome.

Our time together will include a brief check-in, grounding, movement, breath, and self-touch.

Each class will end with an optional journaling prompt to encourage further clarity and actions to support your erotic journey.

Sarah Belzile (she/her) is an avid explorer of embodiment, eco-eroticism, shadow work and heart-centered communication. She is skilled at creating safer spaces for exploration and learning.
