Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for everyone. All genders and all expressions are welcome.

More about the Workshop

Our time together will include a brief check-in, grounding, movement, breath, and self-touch.

Each class will end with an optional journaling prompt to encourage further clarity and actions to support your erotic journey.

Important notes

  • Registration is not available on the morning of the practice. Please plan to register by midnight on the day before the first practice.
  • Please be on time! The room is closed 5 minutes after the hour.
