About this workshop:
Rituals are living, organic transformations. A facilitator listens inwardly and somatically to the energetic life of the ritual as it expands into its fullest expression and then contracts. Like a shaman, a ritual maker knows when to enter into the ritual as a participant and surrender to its wisdom and when to reemerge and catch the ritual before its magic dissipates.
This workshop invites participants to learn how to create and conduct rituals, erotic, sensual or intimate. Rituals depend on creative preparation. Preparing ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually for ritual space. With props, music and art, a ritual maker calls in a focused consciousness and shepherds the ritual of healing, transformation and connection for themselves, an individual or the entire community.
