This workshop is for cisgender men, non-binary, trans men, intersex, and two-spirited people of all sexual orientations.

Join us for a transformative weekly evening practice where we immerse ourselves in the world of the chakra system. Each week, we will explore one of the 7 chakras, using it as a tool for embodiment and connection to our eros. This class offers a unique blend of learning and communal interaction, focusing on:

• Basic Qualities and Information on the Chakras: Gain a deeper understanding of each chakra’s essence.
• Interactive Practices: Engage with others through exercises designed to foster connection and community.
• Erotic Practices: Explore your erotic energy in a safe and supportive environment.

This circle provides a space for men to delve into the depths of their chakras, connect with their bodies, and foster a sense of community among like-minded individuals. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and open discussion, we aim to promote self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. Whether you’re new to chakra work or have been on this journey for some time, all are welcome to participate. Come as you are, with an open heart and mind.
