Morning Devotion is a six-week journey for men who wish to cultivate presence, aliveness, and connection through guided practices of self-touch, breathwork, and somatic inquiry. This series invites you to create a ritual of beginning—an early morning offering to yourself that nourishes body, heart, and spirit.
