About the Workshop

This workshop is an introduction to the teachings of a specific type of Tantra. In a safe and facilitated space, you will explore the principles and tools available to live a life with greater freedom, creativity, and passion.

The workshop involves “experiments” to practice erotic touch, conscious breath, movement, and meditation, supplemented with lectures and discussions.

The goal is to help you feel and acknowledge your desires, identify and play with erotic habits, and explore the remarkable healing power of pleasure.
