Robin Parker is the Director of Liberating Structures LLC, where he works with leaders and organizations to apply anti-oppression principles in building more equitable and inclusive systems. He previously served as Executive Director of the Beyond Diversity Resource Center and as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice’s Office of Bias Crime and Community Relations. Robin has received the Rachel Davis DuBois Human Relations Award, a New Jersey Senate Citation for Excellence in Human Relations, and the A World of Difference Award from the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Law School and Rutgers University.
