Stephen is a modern tantrica, intuitive guide, and senior teacher in the ISHTA Yoga lineage. ISHTA is a school that shares the wisdom of kriya and tantra yoga. Stephen is passionate about creating safe containers for sharing the wisdom of Tantra which invites us to rest into the fullness of who we are by stretching beyond self conceptions that have grown rigid over time. Stephen teaches weekly yoga in NYC and is excited to begin sharing the transformative teachings of the Body Electric School. He lives on the homeland of the Lenape people, Lenapehoking, an area now known as Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
