Faculty Highlights: Guiding Our Lineage Forward
Our workshops are brought to life by dedicated teachers who embody the heart and history of our mission:
- Shai & Special K: Serving as vanguards for queer visibility within our organization, Shai and Special K bring immense warmth, fierce inclusivity, and grounded wisdom to every room they lead. Their leadership ensures that queer presence is not just included, but celebrated at the center of the work.
- Welcome Back, Alex Jade: We are honored to welcome back Alex Jade, a pivotal voice in The Body Electric’s history who was instrumental in pioneering all-gendered work within the school back in the 1990s. Alex’s return bridges our groundbreaking lineage with the expansive future of our community.
