The Body Electric experience doesn’t end when the closing circle dissolves and you head home. In fact, that’s often when the real practice of integration begins. To support you as you bring your renewed self back into the everyday world, we ensure the threads of connection remain unbroken:
- Post-Workshop Zoom Reconnections: After every single workshop, we host a follow-up Zoom call. It’s a dedicated space to check in, share how your integration is going, see familiar, smiling faces, and ground yourself back in the collective energy of your cohort.
- Our Private Alumni WhatsApp Group: For those who have taken a workshop, either in-person or online, the conversation never truly stops. We invite our alumni into a private, dedicated WhatsApp community—a supportive, ongoing space where the BE universe stays alive daily, offering a place for peer support, shared insights, and lasting friendships.
