About the Workshop

As gay men, we often learn to define ourselves through youth, performance, and desire. But something powerful happens as we approach midlife. Our bodies change, our turn-ons shift, and our relationship to sex, love, and identity begins to evolve. Daddy Rising is a multi-day immersive workshop designed for gay men ages 35–55 who are ready to explore the erotic, emotional, and spiritual transformations of midlife with openness, curiosity, and pride.

Through guided practices in breath, touch, movement, and conscious connection, we’ll discover that our eros doesn’t fade—it deepens. Together, we’ll examine how aging impacts libido, arousal, and body image, while celebrating new ways to experience pleasure, intimacy, and confidence. This is an opportunity to release what no longer serves, honor the man you’ve become, and step fully into the magnetic power of presence, maturity, and self-acceptance.
