🌶️Low Spiciness (breathwork and movement)
Please join us for a weekly period of instruction and practice in traditional Buddhist mindfulness meditation (sati). Each session will include 30 minutes of meditation, followed by a brief teaching related to mindfulness and the practice of meditation, and a brief question and answer period. Meditation instruction or discussion will be offered each session. The meditative period will be lightly guided and mostly silent.
Because mindfulness is a vast landscape, we host rotating guest facilitators who bring unique expertise from different meditative lineages. This allows our community to experience the practice of sati through various lenses and traditions.
