Lizz Randall (they/she) is a somatic practitioner, tantra teacher, wellness coach, and sacred intimate. Her work is devoted to radical embodiment, authentic intimacy, and eros as a life force. Lizz has been professionally exploring the sensate, energetic, and erotic intelligence of the body for over twenty-five years.
As a somatic practitioner committed to the liberation of all bodies Lizz offers a grounded, heart-centered, non-binary, and often rebellious approach to teaching and facilitation. She walks a non-ordinary, non-conforming, socially responsible/responsive path as a teacher, parent, student, and farmer.
