This beginning class provides the foundations for a deep tantric practice in an accessible 4-week live-online series paired with a free weekly optional practice group. You will learn to activate your kundalini energy within a somatic- and trauma-informed container. This course is designed to awaken the mind, body, and spirit to more vitality and creativity. Connect with your life force energy as a source of blissful wisdom and power. All that you need is within you!
