When we show up, magic happens. I envision a world in which we are all embodying this knowing and enjoying this magic.

Some of the magic: Lemonade stands, car washes, detention, suspension, parents separating, a family history of addiction and abuse, mom coming to school with me for a day, trouble with authority, the most improved student award, a fast and hard period, umpteen jobs, depression, spiritual awakening, fashion and styling, business school, television and film appearances, 6 months in Bali and the dissolving of a startup project, a corner office with my name on the door, leaving the “corporate” world,10+ years of coaching (on and off, including burnout, a break, and a reset), speaking, facilitating, and consulting with freelancers, professionals, entrepreneurs, teams, and organizations.

Over the last decade, I have hosted retreats and coliving/coworking experiences in places like Bali and Costa Rica, ecstatic dance and meditation workshops, sharing circles and authentic relating experiences, and organizational workshops in areas of motivation, conflict resolution, morale, leadership, spiritual commerce, and creativity. I’ve helped people connect to their own bodies and aliveness, heal shame, learn to trust their own intuition and spiritual intelligence, speak on stages or camera, grow community, travel abroad, get paid to do work they love, resolve conflict, write books, leave their jobs and start businesses, and live a little more lightly, courageously, autonomously, and authentically.
